Tommy was excellent. One of the best customer facing people I have engaged with. This started when we were introduced while I was in Singapore. He answered my questions promptly, even on weekends. He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. Shirley was patient whilst we looked at many properties and once we’d found one we liked she’s been very helpful working with the landlord and their representative to fix up issues.
