I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. She made the whole move very easy and stress free. Especially dealing with the Landlord, negotiating some extras for me and the transfer of utilities.
