Chris Chan has been our broker twice now. He really knows the Hong Kong real estate market well. Chris is very patient and showed us great places within our price range. Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). This made our move to Hong Kong very smooth and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering moving to Hong Kong! 

She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt!
