I can’t recommend Jayde Pamuk highly enough if you’re looking to find not just a place, but a home in Hong Kong. Jayde understood my requirements, informed me of Hong Kong's Residential Contract details which I was totally unaware of and handled the whole home search process professionally and efficiently - alongside a dazzling smile.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible.
