Having just moved to Hong Kong from the UK, Flo understood exactly the type of place I was looking for. When I found the apartment I wanted to move into she negotiated a fair deal and did her due diligence on the property like checking the Land Registry. Flo made the whole process really easy even setting up my utilities and recommending a handy man to hang my pictures up. Flo is extremely professional and efficient and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property in Hong Kong.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.

Tommy went above and beyond to be of service, both during the initial viewing of the units as well as after the unit was selected. He provided excellent support in getting the electricity, water, gas and internet connection installed. Great job! Many thanks!
