It was my first time searching for an apartment in HK, even before my arrival, I got in touch with Rosa through a colleague’s recommendation. Rosa was able to advise me very well remotely and helped me get to know and better understand the rental market in Hong Kong. Throughout the process, Rosa was consistently exceptionally friendly, patient, helpful, and never pushy. I had a very specific neighborhood in mind, one that has relatively few rental apartments and mostly office buildings, which made the “hunt” quite challenging. However, Rosa managed to find my dream apartment exactly in that neighborhood. She supported and took care of the negotiations, handover, and all bureaucratic steps. That was an immense help for me, allowing me to fully concentrate on my new life in HK. Rosa even helped by letting in the technicians and supervising the apartment in my place. I’m more than impressed by Rosa’s professionalism, friendliness, and patience, and I absolutely recommend her 100%.

My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. We were moving after 15 years in Estoril Court and also downsizing. We used more than one agent, but Sonam was the most responsive and showed us the best apartments in Central Mid-levels that met our requirements. Sonam seemed to know the landlord well and have his trust, and she helped us achieve terms that met our parameters. Apart from selecting and securing the property itself, Sonam was also helpful in recommending or referring third parties like movers to assist in our move. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

It has been a very pleasant experience working with Miss Shirley Li in finding a rental. Miss Li is an experienced, friendly and honest realtor. Once she identified our needs and interests, she offered many appropriate sites for viewing. During our viewing of properties, she offered much valuable and honest opinion for our consideration. Miss Li is quick in responding to our messages and calls which we deeply appreciated. As this is the first time we rent from a big corporate, the legal procedure was complicated, Miss Li was able to understand our feelings and offered support along the way. Moving is such a dreadful process, but with Miss Li’s great help, the stress has been lightened, and we are truly grateful for that.
