28 August 2014 - Swire Properties (1972) announced that the fully furnished show flat apartment on the 10th floor of 'Opus Hong Kong' at Stubbs Road sold for HKD451.3 million yesterday with an existing tenancy agreement and 2 car parking spaces.
The apartment is one of several units in the project put up for tender earlier this year. Its transacted price of HKD84,708 per sq. ft. marks the second highest record price for luxury apartments in Hong Kong.
In addition, another notable transation was recently made at the 'Marinella' developed by K Wah(0173), Sino (0083) and Nan Fung in Aberdeen. House 6 of the development, sized at 3,516 sq. ft. (saleable) was sold for HKD198 million (HKD56,181 per sq. ft.) together with an attached garden and private parking spaces. The transaction is a new record high for the property in terms of overall price.
