Originally from Mexico, Stephanie relocated to Hong Kong in 1995 as a newly-wed and instantly fell in love with the city. She first worked as a relocation consultant, where she built up her knowledge of HK’s various districts and neighbourhoods before starting a renovation company with an architect partner. Her company has renovated a total of four village houses in Clearwater Bay, of which she has kept two as a personal investment.
Being a landlord herself, Stephanie has a multi-faceted view of the industry, as well as a deep understanding of the complexities involved in renting, buying or selling a home. Her clients can always count on her to make the best real estate choices, and she is more than happy to provide interior design and decorating tips too.
