Heike Degener is a seasoned real estate agent with a decade of experience in both South Africa and Hong Kong. Since relocating to Hong Kong in 2019, she has expertly transitioned her high-end residential skills to the local market, specialising in mid & high -segment sales and rentals on Hong Kong Island.

Her exceptional negotiation abilities shine even in tough situations, bridging the gap between sellers and buyers and tenants for successful transactions. Originally from Germany, Heike began her career as a high school teacher in sports and chemistry before becoming a yoga instructor and life coach. Her passion for people and diverse cultural experiences, including extensive travel and her decade in South Africa, enrich her negotiation skills.

Now residing on one of Hong Kong’s outlying islands, Heike finds balance amidst the city's hustle, enjoying walks with her two dogs, swimming, running on pristine beaches, or savouring a delicious pizza at a local eatery.
