House at “Shouson Peak” sells for HK$73,536 per sq. ft.

27 October 2014 - Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) launched two houses in its new luxury residential development “Shouson Peak” in Shouson Hill over the weekend. One unit was sold as soon as it was put up for sale.

The transacted unit is house 19C with a saleable area of 3,238 sq. ft.. The buyer paid HK$2.38 billion (HK$73,536 /sq. ft.) after discounts offered by the developer. According to agents, the buyer is not a Hong Kong citizen.
