8 August 2014 - Wing Tai Properties (0369) and Nan Fung Development will launch their joint residential project“Homantin Hillside” at No. 1 Ko Shan Road in Hung Hom in October. The Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority yesterday warned that the property name may be misleading to potential buyers as the property is located in Hung Hom according to the outline zoning plans.
The authority will continuously monitor the property’s upcoming brochure and advertisements to ensure the developer follows The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
Wing Tai Properties Executive Director of Sales and Marketing Wilson Chan Yuk-sin said that the underconstruction Ho Man Tin MTR Station is close to the property. One third of the 173-unit project consists of one and two-bedroom flats sized between 300 and 700 sq.ft. (net), while the rest are three- and four-bedroom units of up to 1,300 sq. ft.(net).
In addition, there are 4 duplex units on the top floor, 2 of them are about 2,000 sq. ft. (net) and another 2 duplex units are sized at 1,300 to 1,400 sq. ft. (net).
