First batch of 30 flats at “Kensington Hill” start at HKD9.84million

Kensington Hill, Sai Ying Pun4 September 2014 - Wheelock Properties (0020) yesterday announced that asking prices for its first batch of 30 units of “Kensington Hill” at 98 High Street in Sai Ying Pun will be put on the market at an average price of HKD23,572 /sq. ft. (saleable).

The units available for sale include 10 two bedroom and 20 three bedroom apartments sized between 569 to 865 sq. ft. (saleable). Prices range from HKD11.69million to HKD23.54 million. After deducting the maximum 15.25% discount by the developer, the lowest price tag would be HKD9.84million (HKD17,290 /sq. ft.).

In addition, “One South Lane” in Kennedy Town developed by Chinese Estates (0127) also released prices for its first batch of 40 flats yesterday. This batch is to include studio and one bedroom flats sized between 210 to 480 sq. ft. (saleable) with prices of HKD25,341 to HKD28,405 /sq. ft..
