'Arezzo' in Mid-Levels West is set to launch next weekend

Arezzo, Hong Kong17 September 2014 - Swire Properties' (1972) 'Arezzo', located at 33 Seymour Road in Mid-Levels West, is set to launch next weekend. The developer released the price list for its first batch of 50 units yesterday. The apartments are sized between 911 to 976 sq. ft.(saleable) and prices are set to range from HKD22.28 million to HKD29.58 million (HKD24,457 to HKD 30,307 per sq. ft.).

Swire Properties is to provide various promotional packages including cash rebates of the Buyer Stamp Duty and Double Stamp Duty for the first 30 buyers. In addition, those buying before 15 October will potentially be entitled to a 4.25% discount, meaning buyers can enjoy a maximum potential discount of 11.75%.

'Arezzo' is a 48-storey luxury residential development comprised of 127 exquisite residences with splendid views. Swire Properties has stated their intention to disclose sale arrangements next week, with the property set to be launch that weekend.
