Jointly developed by New World Development & Urban Renewal Authority, it consists of 3 residential towers, Block 1 & 2 are on one side of Catchick Street and Block 3 is on the other, completed in 2005 & 2004 respectively. Residential floors span from 6/F or 7/F up to 53/F, 58/F or 62/F. There is a total of 1,182 units with 8 to 10 units per floor and a saleable area of 276 sq.ft. to 663 sq.ft. Each has a balcony, and most units on the top floor also have a private roof . There are 2 clubhouses with an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym & children’s playground, as well as landscaped gardens on G/F. Car parking spaces are on the lower levels.
