We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.

I was looking for a place in HK as a pied-a-terre. Dorothy was very helpful in not only setting up several viewings, but also in helping me make up my mind. To top it off, she helped me get everything organized, from the utilities to the IKEA closet installation while I was traveling full time. If you need an agent who knows the general practice but also goes out of their way to help you, I can strongly recommend Dorothy.
