We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family. From the outset Kim was friendly, easy to approach and instantly available when we texted or called with queries. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). This made our move to Hong Kong very smooth and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering moving to Hong Kong!
