I would like to pass on my extreme gratitude to Kim for helping us find a permanent apartment to live in. Her kindness, patience and help over the last 3-4 months has been tremendous and made our relocation experience to Hong Kong a more pleasant experience.

I contracted Ms Sonia Cheng to find a rental flat for my family with very specific requirements on the south side of Hong Kong Island. Within a few days she had the perfect flat for us which ticked all the boxes and more. Having lived in Australia and the U.K. she understands western requirements which translates into efficiency and time saving for all parties involved. Being dual lingual (English/Cantonese) makes communication easy and gives her an edge over most real estate agents in Hong Kong. Even after the contract was signed she is always available for questions or problem solving. Living in Hong Kong for more than 15 years and having dealt with numerous real estate agents as a landlord or tenant she stands out and I highly recommend her service.

I’d like to share my experience with Daphne, my housing agent. In short, It was truly pleasant to work with Daphne. She took every effort to help from find flats, check the room status, resolve issues and get the contract done. Actually, I had an issue on the refrigerator in the new apartment which I think it’s caused by miscommunication between landlord and his agents. I never expected this kind of situation so I had no idea how to solve the issue. I was very worried if I could continue the agreement because landlord’s agent was just trying to avoid the situation. But Daphne tried very hard to reach out to the landlord’s agent and solve the issue. She was willing to take the responsibility on what she did nothing wrong and convinced landlord and his agent to share the responsibility. I moved to the new apartment last week and my family are so happy with new apartment. It would not have been possible to get the TA signed without Daphne’s help.
