Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.

Working with Sonam Thadani in securing our rental apartment last spring was a pleasure. This was our third move within Hong Kong and, after working with other brokers, we truly saw the difference that made working with her entirely remarkable and worth it. Sonam was diligent in her efforts to find apartments that met our criteria while also keeping us in check with current market trends and pricing. Furthermore, she exercised patience (and perseverance) in scheduling viewings and following through with negotiations with counterparties. Once all of the papers were signed, Sonam’s continued efforts assured that the transition to our new apartment was as seamless as possible.
