Moving from Australia to Hong Kong with our dog, we had several non-negotiable criteria for an apartment and required a secured lease before we arrived. Several other agents were not able to assist, however Dorothy was by far the most helpful and diligent agent we encountered. Dorothy found an apartment that met all of our criteria and promptly arranged the lease and utility connections. I cannot recommend her services highly enough.

She knows my preference and only recommends apartments to my liking. Her cheerful attitude makes the tedious flat searching experience much more fun. She is also very thorough in following up the details and process.
