Kiara was a pleasure to work with, very professional and highly responsive and I would recommend her to other people (in fact I have recommender her recently to a friend). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms. I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. They really do care about their clients and earnestly so. I unhesitatingly recommend them. Indeed, you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice using anybody else.

Nora has been listening to our needs and was very patient even when we do not know what we were really looking for or changed our minds. She has been of very good advice during our search and knew exactly what would be available within our budget, which reassured us and made our search for a new home very efficient. Actually we started our search with several agents, but very quickly decided to work only with Nora, as she was much ahead of the others in terms of reactivity accuracy and local knowledge.
