Wing Tai Mansion 永泰大廈

From the beginning to completion, Shirley has provided excellent service. She contacted me very quickly after I made the initial request online then followed up with my enquiries and requests diligently. After I told her my requirements, she compiled a huge list of properties in different areas for viewing and even managed to make some last-minute additions and changes. The viewing process was smooth and I was impressed by the standard of properties we saw. We were so impressed we actually put in an offer right away! Even after the contracts were exchanged, Shirley continued to communicate frequently and send over helpful info and advice on logistics. I highly recommend Shirley.

Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.

After living in Hong Kong for many years and acquiring multiple properties here, I met Ruby while looking for a specific type of investment property. I wish I had known her from day one. She's smart, understands the market well, works hard and has the ability to bring seller and buyer (or landlord/tenant) together in a charming, yet businesslike way that is simply very effective. I have since recommended her to many others looking for property and have had consistently raving feedback about her performance as a real estate agent. She is one of the best and OKAY.com is lucky to have her!
