Afterward, she worked around the clock to help with contract arrangement, stamp duty, flat inspection, handover, etc. All of them require smooth communication, a heart for details, and work with time differences (my time zone is 8 hours behind that in HK). That is just such a blessing for me who is trying to overcome challenges managing a flat remotely.
