Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. We just really wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything, and it actually feels like you are a friend more than an agent that we just met a few weeks ago! Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! Flo was very professional and so easy to work with. She was very efficient and always took into consideration everything I wanted as a customer. She remembers the small details, which is much appreciated! Finding an apartment that I liked was stress free and we managed to find one much quicker than I anticipated because I am quite picky.
