Her patience stood out remarkably when I was oscillating on my decision regarding my current flat, which required multiple visits, a period of indecision, and eventually moving in with my two children. Susie is the go-to real estate agent for anyone searching for a new home; her professionalism and understanding set her apart. Andrea was recommended to my partner and I by a friend who had previously relocated to Hong Kong. We viewed numerous apartments with a number of agents and Andrea was definitely the most in tune with our needs. Throughout the process she was very responsive. Being new to Hong Kong, Andrea was a valuable asset as an agent, but she was also most helpful by giving us tips and insights into life in HK, which definitely eased our move here.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
