It consists of three, 37-storey blocks. Block 1 has a special layout different from Blocks 2 and 3. Half of the units were designed as duplexes with each floor sharing two households. The saleable area ranges from 2,454 sq. ft. for single units to 3,204 sq. ft. for duplexes. Blocks 2 and 3 comprise two units per floor with saleable areas ranging from 1,346 to 2,828 sq. ft.; all units feature a semi-circular balcony. The estate faces south-east with sweeping city views of the Mid-levels while units on high floors command superb vistas across Victoria Harbour. The estate offers a host of marvellous facilities including outdoor swimming pool and gym for leisure and fitness. Car parking spaces are located on floors LG1 to LG6 for those who drive.
There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
