VILLA CECIL is located on Victoria Road in Pokfulam. This luxury low-rise estate faces the sea at the western end of Hong Kong Island, providing residents unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic sea views. It was developed in three phases by Cheuk Nang (Holdings) Ltd. Phase 1 consists of 11 detached houses completed in 1977. They are arranged in two rows, one along the sea front and the other directly behind on a raised elevation. Saleable sizes range from 3,090 to 6,002 sq. ft. Phase 2 comprises three 4-storey blocks completed in 2002, 2005 and 2011, respectively. Each blocks was designated as a 'Tower' followed by a number. Each floor of Tower 2 consists of four units with saleable sizes between approximately 1,000 to 2,799 sq.ft. Phase 2 has a total of 32 units, several of which offer a balcony. Phase 3 comprises two 4-storey blocks. Tower 1 is closer to Victoria Road while Tower 2 is adjacent to the shore. Both were completed in 2007 and 2011, respectively. Tower 1 was designed with two units per floor, offering saleable areas ranging from 2,386 to 2,517 sq.ft., all include a balcony. Each floor in Tower 2 has eight units in saleable sizes varying from 586 to 2,052 sq.ft. with several units offering a balcony. Phase 3 comprises 40 units in total. Phase 2 and 3 offer a choice of layouts from one to four bedrooms. VILLA CECIL also provides fine recreational amenities, including a swimming pool and car parking spaces to serve residents' needs.
