Jayde is a gem. She was extremely knowledgeable, very straightforward and honest and has helped us with advice on much more than the apartment. Any questions that we had were always answered in a very knowledgeable way, but also always with a smile and within a few minutes. Jayde has been recommended to us with the best recommendations, but working with her has far exceeded what we could have expected. Thanks to her we have not only found a really nice apartment, but Jayden has significantly contributed to the fact that HK has become a new home for us in a very short time.

Working with Rosa, we were very happy with the entire process and our outcome. In addition to spending the time and understanding our requirements and doing it all very professionally and with care and a personal touch, she was also able to bring her years of experience and knowledge and existing connections to be able to help source what we felt were the best options for us. This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. She took care of the entire process, and shielded us from some of the challenges in the negotiation, and so we experienced a smooth and streamlined process until not only signing, but also throughout until the final handover a few weeks after moving in. I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.
