My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
