When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord. Anil displayed excellent communication skills throughout the whole process from start to end. He worked flexibly within our busy schedules and went above and beyond what was required. He managed to secure our perfect home within our price range with calm, gentle and persuasive communication skills. I can’t recommend Anil enough!

Persistently searched for a property that met my requirements. Took my intention and negotiated with the landlord. Quickly proceeded with contact work and resolved pending matters at the time of moving in. I think he is the best agent!
