He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!

Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred!
