We would like to thank Janis very very much for her support and commitment in understanding our needs, wishes, limitations, timing etc. She was very professional and awesome during the tough process of finding a home and moving from a foreign country. Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way!
