Ning is very professional and great at what she does. She can always understand and satisfy our needs. And she’s very detail oriented during all the renting process.

Having recently moved to Hong Kong, we were slightly apprehensive to begin the property hunt given the anecdotal feedback we had received from friends about a search taking many weeks and the potential poor quality properties we would see. Claire made the entire process very simple, she clearly has a solid understanding of the market as she was able to tailor quality properties to match our specific requirements and budget. Claire also made sure she was flexible and able to accommodate our time slots and took the time to answer all of our questions any time of day (which as first time Hong Kong renters was invaluable). Claire was extremely professional and we are extremely happy with our new property. Thank you Claire.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon.
We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes.
Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards.
If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.
