We were introduced to Chris by a mutual friend and he has delivered everything we had hoped to have when looking for our first apartment in HK. From the first meeting where we outlined our requirements he was diligent and focused in finding the right apartment without wanting us to spend too much time looking at places he knew we wouldn’t like. Chris has been a true professional throughout, always ready with a smile and a good morning. He has worked hard on our behalf and we are grateful to have met him and OKAY.com. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
