Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful. Jane had good knowledge of negotiating and how different landlords are open to different types of offers. This was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Jane.

Having just moved to Hong Kong from the UK, Flo understood exactly the type of place I was looking for. Anil is so very patient, asked a lot of questions on my preferences to find out what i really like and a very meticulous agent. I think we discussed so much that we kind of know what kind of house I would like so the minute we went into this house that i'm going to move in to, we looked at each other and knew that THIS was the house and close the deal within the day.
