Your service went above and beyond starting with spending the day with my wife Tara and then myself as we flew in and out of HK looking for properties. Your knowledge of the area, openness and transparency about what the "reasonable" rental price of the individual properties should be and the convenience of your golf cart made the experience of apartment hunting an unexpected pleasure. Thanks Jayde for helping us to find our flat. We knew we would find it comfortable and it ticked the majority of our boxes when we saw it originally. Now that we've actually moved our stuff into the flat, we're very happy with it and feel settled remarkably quickly. Throughout the process, Jayde has provided a good range of options for us to explore and made herself available when required. She provided good advice when we needed and was not pushy or trying to upsell us. We would definitely come back to Jayde when we need to move again.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
