Rosie was a delight to work with. As newcomers to Hong Kong, we appreciated how attentively she listened to our housing needs and presented us with well-matched options. She has a strong understanding of the different areas in the city and remained helpful and responsive to our questions even after we had settled into our new apartment.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units. She was always super responsive and very proactive about letting me know what I should do or consider.
