Springvale 春苑

Flo was meticulous in her inspection. Nothing cosmetic can escape her scrutiny. She spotted many issues with the flat after i did my viewing and agreed to a rental deal. Suggested that i pull out. Which i did. Am impressed by her attention to detail and putting client interest first.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for your help in looking for the new apartment. Throughout the past couple months, you have been working with us in a very professional and sincere attitude to search for an apartment which is suitable for my family. You are always on time and well prepared. Sorry that due to some family issues that we have to stop looking for an apartment in the mean time. But you will certainly be our first choice real estate agent if we restart looking for apartment to buy/rent in the future. You are the kindest and sincerest real estate agents who I ever met.

Jayde from OKAY.com was recommended to us and with her help we were able to obtain a suitable apartment to rent within the first few weeks of arriving in Hong Kong. After listening to our requirements, we were provided with a summary of our potential selections based on Jayde's recommendations and were taken to see each apartment at a time that suited us. The apartment we settled on was not even in our selection but Jayde knew its potential and encouraged us to view. As such we are now happily settling into our new home that is more spacious than we were expecting and in a neighbourhood that has all we need close by.
