This is my first time renting (by myself/young female) and at the beginning I had heard a lot about the challenges, frustrations and even scams other people faced, so I was prepared for this to be a long and tough journey. However finding OKAY agency and meeting Ola has completely changed my mind. Ola was professional throughout, very understanding towards my needs/ what I am looking for, and very helpful in explaining the entire process and resolving all my questions. I am of course very happy to have found the right place but what tops it off is how smooth and pleasant the entire experience is, just being able to trust and count on my agent makes all the difference. I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective. So say all my friends who have also worked with her. I think the key is having her accept you as a client because once she does she puts 100 percent into her work for you.
