I am Nisha Nair and newly relocated to Hong Kong for employment. You might know the efforts and workaround required to settle in a new country. These transformations are only possible when we get the opportunity to meet the right set of people in every sphere of life. I am fortunate to have met Mrs. Ingrid Lau, who made my apartment search comfortable and seamless. As a newcomer, I was overwhelmed and worried about how the transition took place. Ingrid understood my requirements in terms of proximity to the workplace, appliances in the house, house condition, budget, etc. I wasn’t much aware of the regulations around tenancy rules, how to set up the utilities, etc. Ingrid helped me tirelessly and extensively, from assisting in viewing different apartments to the final move-in. The paperwork was handled and executed expertly, too, along with sharing timely updates with both the tenant and the landlord. She is indeed a fantastic professional and knows how to take care of her clients.

Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. We just really wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything, and it actually feels like you are a friend more than an agent that we just met a few weeks ago! With the holiday season approaching, we wanted to take this chance to say a heartfelt thank you to you! And we wish you and your family a joyous holiday filled with laughter and love!

Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.
