Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!

Often local (non Central agents) cannot compete in these key areas. I met Lala YEUNG at the flat almost by accident and liked her direct and refreshing manner. I do feel that Helena LAU on account of her direct role was the star performer where she was able to display an almost intuitive talent for firstly quick thinking on her feet with good descriptive prose and secondly breathing new life into a deal that was all but dead! The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good. The rental achieved is a minor element in this mildly euphoric testimonial.
