Po Wah Building 寶華大廈

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

Once I gave her my criteria, she immediately sent over several listings that were suitable. When I told her I was interested in the Cullinan West apartments, she went there and took dozens of high-quality photographs and sent them to me the next day. I met Shirley in person on a trip to HK in January. She was friendly, professional and had a good sense of humour as well. Each flat she showed me was perfect but unfortunately I am not able to move to Hk until July. I am confident Shirely will be able to find the perfect home for me and my family when the time comes.
