Dawson was a very efficient, professional and organised agent. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, I was able to find a great flat within two days of my arrival in Hong Kong! He was very quick to arrange a viewing for flats that I screened, and also gave me detailed overview of surrounding area. He could judge and give me feedback on flats which we have reviewed based on my requirements. Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in.
