Stephanie from OKAY.com was a pleasure to work with. She promptly understood our requirements and ensured that we found a suitable home in no time at all. What made the service provided by Stephanie so special was not only finding our home, but what she did for us after. She went out of her way to assist, opening the home whenever I needed for measurements, or curtain suppliers—nothing was ever too much. Stephanie even assisted in organising some furniture items for us, knowing that our personal effects would be in transit for an extended period. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time!
