Stephanie guided us through Clear Water Bay and Sai Kung and helped us to understand the area. She was extremely well-organised and attentive from day one, and certainly went beyond our expectations. When it came to assessing the different property options, her guidance was invaluable as Stephanie knows the area inside out. In addition, her knowledge of transaction structuring, the roles of the bank and lawyers, also made a difference, as were her insights on the neighbourhoods. I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose.
