He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off.
