Martina was amazing! She adapted to the realities of looking for a flat during Covid and when someone moving to Hk has to do 2 weeks of quarantine first. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, so much so that I ended up taking the first flat she showed me! Impressive. I'll definitely be using Martina again should I need to move and will be recommending her to anyone looking for an agent in the future.

As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

I had the pleasure of working with Sonam, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She acted with exceptional skill and integrity on behalf of both the landlord and the tenant, consistently finding creative, fair, and practical solutions that served all parties involved. Importantly, I managed this entire process while living and working outside of Hong Kong, and Sonam still made everything completely seamless. Her ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively across time zones was essential in ensuring the process ran smoothly and without unnecessary stress.
