Wanted to send a note of appreciation for him and let you guys know that it was and absolute pleasure to have dealt with Anil Anil always found time for us despite his busy schedule and managed to find us our home given the tough market conditions. Such proactiveness and high levels of client focus is really wonderful to experience It was his professionalism, excellent stakeholder management and multilingual capabilities that made sure we had a smooth move and deal We will definitely be recommending Anil to our friends !

If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity.
