We recency bought a house in Sheung Yeung Village through Stephanie. Throughout the entire process Stephanie was helpful, polite and positive. She often had local insider information. Indeed she often went beyond what could be reasonably expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering buying in the area.

Stephanie has been a delight to work with - both in selling our home and then in subsequently finding a rental that works. She is always willing to go the extra mile and in our case saw an opportunity and persuaded us to look at it. And we are so pleased that we did!! We would have no hesitation in recommending her to someone else.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards.
