Mary helped us search through countless apartments until my wife and I found the one we truly loved. She is proactive, attentive and very hands-on. Communication with her was always easy. She’s also very accommodating, sincere and genuinely cares about her clients. Even when issues came up with the landlords of the properties we were looking at, Mary handled everything efficiently and made the process completely stress-free. We’ve worked with many agents in Hong Kong over the years, but Mary is by far the best.

We were very impressed with Ruby's knowledge of the market, attention to detail and particularly, the time that she took after the sale had completed to ensure that we were able to move in and enjoy the property without any trouble. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues. Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed.
