Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. I do feel that Helena LAU on account of her direct role was the star performer where she was able to display an almost intuitive talent for firstly quick thinking on her feet with good descriptive prose and secondly breathing new life into a deal that was all but dead! The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good. The rental achieved is a minor element in this mildly euphoric testimonial.
